My Jeep Service is the ideal way to comfortably reach the most beautiful mountain huts of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
It runs from Cortina d’Ampezzo to numerous destinations:
you can easily reach every side of our valley and the surrounding mountains.
To the north, the shuttle goes to Malga Ra Stua. To the southwest, Agriturismo Malga Federa and Rifugio Croda da Lago (G. Palmieri), right below the Croda da Lago.
Rifugio Scoiattoli and Rifugio Averau, facing the famous 5 Torri.
On the eastern side, Rifugio Faloria and Capanna Tondi, and also Rifugio Son Forca, further to the northeast, below Monte Cristallo.
This service is available both during the day, to enjoy unforgettable views, and in the evening, to taste genuine mountain flavors in typical alpine settings.
Dinners in the mountain huts are truly not to be missed if you wish to experience a holiday in Cortina to the fullest.
From July 1st to October 15th, upon reservation, it is possible to enter the wonderful Dolomiti d’Ampezzo Natural Park.
As this is a place where nature and wildlife are respected and protected, access by Jeep is only allowed at specific times, established by the Regole d’Ampezzo authority.
Along the main trail, the Jeep climbs up the Val di Fanes to an altitude of 1,775 meters, from where you can admire the Upper Fanes Waterfalls.
From this point, you can continue on foot to Malga Fanes Grande (3 km) or to Rifugio Fanes (5 km).
The Croda da Lago, together with Monte Pelmo, forms Zone 1 of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is located in the Dolomiti d’Ampezzo, between Cortina and San Vito di Cadore, in the province of Belluno.
The Croda da Lago is an impressive mountain massif, made up of several jagged peaks divided into two subgroups. At its base lies a characteristic Dolomite lake, Lago Fedèra, and the Rifugio Croda da Lago – Gianni Palmieri.
From Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the area of Campo di Sotto, you can take the Jeep and follow the paved road, trail sign 432, up to the “Parù de Col” car parking (on the right going uphill), which is the meeting point for the Jeep Service.
The Cinque Torri are a small rock formation belonging to the Nuvolao group in the Ampezzo Dolomites, northwest of San Vito di Cadore and southwest of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
With the Jeep Service, you can reach Rifugio Scoiattoli and Rifugio Averau to enjoy this magnificent landscape.
You can reach an altitude of 2,000 meters by Jeep, near Rifugio Senes (about 600 meters away). From here, numerous high-altitude hikes are possible.
